While the reader is reminded of the sober reality of the consequences of choice, the work is not without hope. The message is "heavy" but the delivery is not. "I did find it challenged me; I had to critically think about my own pack-rat behavior when "hoarding" was portrayed as a grave sin. While I'm not convinced I'm going to Hell it gave me something to consider. All and all an enjoyable book. I read it voraciously, and it usually takes me months or years to make it through a book due to lack of motivation."
